A reasoned approach to inputs: scientific contributions and consumer perception

During the joint session on Monday afternoon, it was proposed that the issue of inputs be addressed with an eye towards sustainable production.

This issue, viewed from the angle of production but also from a consumer perspective, will be an opportunity to take a look at the developments carried out over the last 30 years and to better decrypt consumer perceptions.
